Wecrin Announces Strategic MoU Partnership at TICAD 2025 to Advance AI Talent Development Across Africa

Wecrin Inc. is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Matsuo-Iwasawa Lab, United Nations Development Programme, and Yoren Japan Inc, to support AI talent development and cross-border innovation initiatives across Africa at TICAD 2025.


This partnership represents a shared commitment to building globally connected AI talent ecosystems by combining advanced research, international development expertise, and global hiring infrastructure.


Through this collaboration, the participating organizations aim to strengthen the development, training, and international mobility of AI professionals across Africa while fostering deeper cooperation between Japan and African technology ecosystems.


Wecrin Inc. will support global recruitment operations, and cross-border hiring infrastructure for AI engineers and researchers. 


The partnership reflects a growing recognition that the future of AI innovation depends not only on technological advancement, but also on the ability to build scalable, international talent pipelines that connect highly skilled professionals with global opportunities.
